Antoine Thiboult
I study the exchanges of energy, water, and carbon between forest, aquatic, and atmospheric ecosystems in the boreal region of Quebec’s Côte-Nord. Since 2018, our team has been conducting a field campaign to measure these fluxes between the soil, surface, and atmosphere. Our work also focuses on limnology, the physical processes within the snowpack, and the dynamics of ice cover. Finally, I am interested in modeling approaches that allow us to extrapolate our observations across different spatial and temporal scales.
